Graduate students are under a lot of pressure to adjust to student life, successfully complete their studies, meet academic deadlines and manage their finances, along with focusing on their self-care and mental wellbeing. The combined stress can leave students feeling emotionally overwhelmed, dejected and burnt out.
Our therapists provide a supportive space for graduate students to share their experience and what they may be struggling with, and assist them in putting practical tools in place to look after their emotional and physical wellbeing to achieve their academic goals.
