Wellness Services

Our Wellness Services are designed to offer comprehensive stress reduction tools, which may include mindfulness meditation training, somatic movement therapy, aroma therapy and breathing and visualization exercises. 

These therapeutic tools are offered to help an individual or couple reduce emotional tension, regulate emotions and manage stress.

Depending on your needs, our therapist may incorporate mindfulness based activities in your weekly sessions or refer you to access these services from collaborative partners. This may include daily meditation, yoga, somatic breathing, visualization and movement, and grounding techniques.
